Deep Zoo (2026)
Deep Zoo is a series of four mixed-media works intersecting elements of the natural world with the complexity of personal identity. This project aims to showcase the struggle that comes with carving out an identity, and of building a vocabulary to describe one’s interests and experiences.

A puzzle purse designed after the manga series Slam Dunk.
Papers

Commodification and Womanhood: Martha Rosler’s Cargo Cult (2025)
A research paper investigating Martha Rosler’s piece Cargo Cult from her 1966-72 photomontage series Body Beautiful, or Beauty Knows No Pain. Aiming to extend the scholarly conversation, this paper argues Rosler’s the use of collage in Cargo Cult allows her to both re-present and critique the presentation of women as commodities that reflect a patriarchal system.

Divine Symbolism in Islamic Calligraphy (2023)
A virtual gallery paper co-written and presented alongside Jessica Pinsker ’26. This essay offers a three-part framework for viewing spirituality in Islamic calligraphy and how it represents the infinite nature of God within Islamic practice.

Islamic Art As Spirituality (2022)
A virtual gallery paper; the essay explores how spirituality manifests through the use of light and geometrical structure in mosques. Available to view via the link above or on my blog page here.
